Station package

The base cost of a staffed station — equipment, supplies, and the crew to run it. This is the anchor line, starting around $5,000 for a local single-station evening.

Hours & staffing

Staffing runs $250 per hour and covers setup, live operation, breaks, and teardown. A longer party or a second station adds hours; we scope this to your window so nobody stands idle.

Headcount & blanks

Garment cost scales with guest count and what they choose — a Bella+Canvas 3001 tee prices differently than a Richardson 112 cap or an embroidered polo. We estimate consumption from your headcount so you're not guessing.

Artwork prep

Turning your brand assets into press-ready transfers, digitizing logos for embroidery, and building the guest design menu. Clean vector files keep this light; we flag anything that needs redraw work early.

Travel

Events in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego carry no travel fee. A flat $900 travel fee applies to events outside that radius; nationwide programs are quoted with lodging and freight folded in.
