The best shirts for corporate event printing

The blank matters as much as the design. Here's how the go-to garments compare when the print happens live in front of your guests.

When a guest watches their shirt get pressed and then wears it home, the feel of the blank is the first thing they judge. Here's how the workhorses stack up for corporate events.

Bella+Canvas 3001 — the premium default

Soft, well-fitting, and available in a deep color range, the 3001 is our default for corporate parties and onboarding where people will actually wear the piece. The smooth surface takes full-color DTF beautifully, holding gradients and fine detail. It costs a little more than a basic blank, but the difference between "I'll wear this" and "I'll donate this" is exactly that hand feel.

Next Level 3600 — the lightweight alternative

A touch lighter and slimmer than the 3001, the Next Level 3600 suits younger, fashion-forward crowds and warmer venues. It prints cleanly with DTF and photographs well under event lighting. A strong pick when the room skews casual and you want a fitted look.

Gildan — the value program

When headcount is high and budget is the priority — a company picnic, a large all-hands — Gildan blanks bring the per-piece cost down while still taking a solid DTF print. The hand is heavier and more classic; it's the sensible choice when you're printing 600 shirts and premium fabric isn't the point.

Beyond the tee

For leadership retreats, an embroidered structured polo or a Richardson 112 cap reads more corporate-appropriate than any tee. Match the garment to the room: premium and understated for executives, soft and colorful for the holiday party, value-forward for the big picnic.
