Planner answer
How much does corporate event printing cost?
There's no per-shirt sticker price, and that's on purpose. Here's the actual math so you can budget before you call.
A single staffed live-printing station for a local Southern California corporate event starts around $5,000. That anchor covers the station equipment, supplies, and the crew to run it — setup, live operation, and teardown included.
From there, the quote is built from four more inputs. Staffing runs $250 per hour and reflects the full time the crew is on site, not just the guest-facing window. Blanks scale with headcount and choice — a Bella+Canvas 3001 tee costs less than an embroidered polo or a Richardson 112 cap, and we estimate consumption from your guest count. Artwork prep covers turning your brand assets into press-ready transfers and building the guest design menu; clean vector files keep this light. Travel is free within Orange County, LA, and San Diego, a flat $900 beyond that, and folded into nationwide programs with lodging and freight.
Why quote instead of publishing a price list? A flat per-piece rate would overcharge a 90-person onboarding and undercut a 600-guest holiday party. Scoping the station count, hours, and blanks to your real event means the number reflects what you're actually buying — and you can read it line by line.
